Big Red Welcome Festival August 21st: Registered
    Student Organization (RSO) Registration

  • Please complete and submit the following form to register your Registered Student Organization (RSO) for the 2016 Big Red Welcome Festival. *Must be in compliance with UNL Recognized Student Organization Guidelines. Booth space is available in 12' X 12' squares, and you may purchase up to 3 additional squares. We will furnish a 3' X 6' table and two chairs with each booth purchase; however, we WILL NOT provide dividers, backdrops, or table coverings.

    Since Big Red Welcome will be held outside, there will be limited electrical hookups available. The cost for RSO’s is $20.00/booth space. If your registration is not received by August 1st, you will be charged a late registration fee of $25.00. All requests for space are subject to availability and receipt of a valid check for the amount due. If we receive a written notice of cancellation prior to August 5th, we will refund the money you have paid. We look forward to your participation and you will receive an e-mail confirmation by August 9th with final booth assignments and details on setup. PLEASE NOTE: If additional services are requested after initial payment has been made, please provide a written request.

  • Electrical Needs
    • Electricity will only be provided to you if it is requested on this application. Each electrical circuit will cost $25. In addition, you must state what type of circuit is needed (amps) and what the electricity is being used for. We will do our best to accommodate this request, but can make no guarantees. It will be a first come first serve basis. In the case your electrical request cannot be filled, you will be refunded the $25 for electricity.

  • Sign Up:
    • Please look over the options and check all that apply to you. Also, available this year at no charge, you can specify below if you will need a large trash receptacle near your booth. This may be necessary for groups who have large quantities of trash; for example, handing out 3,000 bottles of water accumulates quite the amount of trash.
