Recognized Student Organization (RSO) officers, members and advisors should seek to avoid obligations, private interests and transactions which are a conflict of interest or give the appearance of impropriety. The University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) reserves the right to set reasonable additional procedures, on a case-by-case basis, to provide appropriate checks and balances in a case of, or potential case of, a conflict of interest.
